Appointments
Our consultation times are 15 minutes. Longer consultation times are available, our staff will determine appointment length at triage. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and doctor.
Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will inform you if there is an extended delay.
When coming for a skin check appointment we require no makeup to be worn for best results.

Please fill out the New Patient Form and bring it with you to your appointment.
Payment
Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash or EFTPOS. Fees and charges remain variable for each patient depending on individual circumstances. In some circumstances e.g. Financial hardship the practice will bulk bill, please speak to your Doctor. Below are the standard consultation fees.

Surgical Procedures will cost you an out of pocket fee. Doctor will let you know the amount at the time of consultation. Effective October 2022
- All fees are payable at the time of your appointment and/or on the day of your scheduled procedure.
- Private patients’ accounts will be sent to Medicare on patients’ behalf to receive Medicare benefit directly into your nominated bank account.
- Skin Checks are billed at Dr’s discretion.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment, we will require at least 24 hours’ notice.
No Show Policy
As a courtesy to other patients who need to see the doctor urgently, please contact us immediately if you are unable to attend your appoinment.
Emergency
If you experience severe pain, extreme distress or loss of consciousness, please call Triple Zero (000) or present directly to the Manning Base Hospital Emergency (02) 6592 9111.
